Shipping Policy

The standard home delivery fee for locations in Singapore is SGD 6.00 for purchases below SGD 50. Purchases above SGD 50 will receive free delivery.

Purchases are scheduled to arrive within three (3) to seven (7) business days from the processing day of the customer’s order. Orders will be processed on the day of purchase, provided the order is made before 10am on a business day. Any orders made after 10am on a business day will be treated as orders of the next business day.

Customers must ensure that there is someone at home to receive the delivery any time between 10am to 6pm.

The delivery personnel will call or SMS the customer shortly before arrival.

We deliver to all locations in Singapore except embassies, LTA, ICA, NTU, NUS, Singapore Poly, Military, Shipyard, Cargo Complex, Airline House, Alps Ave, Jurong Island, Sentosa Island, or other places with large compounds. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.


Return and Refund Policy

We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience with RAUSCH. However, we understand that there may be instances where you receive products that are incorrect, damaged, or broken. In such cases, we are committed to facilitating a hassle-free one-to-one return process.


Incorrect Products:

If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the item.

We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you, and we will cover any associated return shipping costs.


Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives in a damaged or broken condition, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Please provide clear photographs of the damaged or broken product and its packaging to our customer support team.

We will initiate a one-to-one exchange process, and a replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost.


Return Process:

Provide the necessary details, including your order number, product details, and clear photographs if applicable.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including arranging for the return shipping label if required.



All return requests must be made within the specified timeframe mentioned above.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.



Please be aware that this one-to-one return policy does not cover issues arising from customer misuse, mishandling, or any other circumstances beyond our control.


Our quality guarantee policy is offered in good faith. We ask that it should only be used in genuine cases where you have been unsatisfied with your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a request for a return/refund policy if we believe a customer is abusing the policy.
